Our team ensures seamless technology experiences for distributed workforces by resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues—rapidly, reliably, and with zero downtime tolerance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS devices across enterprise environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions, OS-level errors, application crashes, printer failures, and network connectivity issues.
• Deploy, image, and configure Windows 10/11 and macOS devices using SCCM, Intune, or equivalent MDM tools.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access via Active Directory, Okta, or Azure AD for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
• Document solutions, track tickets in ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira, and escalate complex issues to Tier 3 or vendor teams.
• Support remote workers via remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RemotePC) while maintaining compliance with security protocols.
