This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.
Position Overview
Responsible for ensuring exceptional service for our Channel Partners which include brokers, financial advisors, TPA’s and bswift resellers that refer clients to Paylocity’s existing and growing customer base. They will act as a dedicated advocate and liaison for our Channel Partners throughout the relationship, following up on any client service matters and providing industry guidance. Accountable for our Channel Partners’ satisfaction with the operational services being provided by our internal partners, maintaining regular communication with our Channel Partners and influencing satisfaction of the services provided. The Consultant will work with internal partners to ensure on time delivery of projects as they relate to our mutual clients.

• Lead cross-functional support of Channel Partners and mutual clients across Paylocity operations organization to support Paylocity/Channels goals and business growth.
• Coordinate resolution of escalated Channel Partner mutual client issues across Paylocity’s operations organization, including customers in Implementation and Service for all products.
• Responsible for educating Channel Partners on the benefits available to them as part of our Channel Partner program. This includes providing an overview of the Partner Services Support team functions, communication/escalation options, process to add/maintain approved channel contacts, implementation process, description/configuration of any technical options available to the channel partner and a quarterly review.
• Enable and support Paylocity Channels team and Channel Partners to materialize opportunities to drive business, and support revenue growth from referring partners.
• Develop understanding of Channel Partner challenges, opportunities, and objectives to address these needs with Paylocity features, Channel Partner program benefits and support.
• Develop strong internal relationships with Sales, Channels, Client Services, Benefits and other Paylocity divisions to drive solutions that improve client satisfaction.
• Responsible for supporting Paylocity’s Partner Portal.
• Deliver reporting to identify Partner and mutual client dissatisfaction areas and advocate solutions to solving those issues.
• Assist with any special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service, client facing role and/or relationship management experience in a comparable B2B, technology-based industry.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in managing high revenue, referring partner relationships.
• Ability to work successfully at a tactical level with clients, partners and senior management.
• A solid foundation of experience working across a wide variety of business functions and with stakeholders both inside and outside a business with the ability to influence without authority.
• Self-starter with proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task, while meeting/exceeding assigned goals and deadlines.
• Ability to interact with and manage clients in difficult situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Physical requirements
• Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
• Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $54,200 - $77,400 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
