This role requires the ability to safely and efficiently operate various machinery and maintain a valid driver's license. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Operate a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, backhoes, trenchers, and other construction and mechanical equipment. \* Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety. \* Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed, reporting larger issues to supervisors. \* Dig, backfill, and grade trenches, foundations, and other earthwork according to project specifications and blueprints. \* Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipelines, utility systems, and other civil infrastructure. \* Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment from trucks and trailers. \* Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines. \* Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and other personnel on site. \* Maintain accurate daily logs and reports of work performed and equipment used. \* Perform general labor duties as required when not operating equipment. Job Qualifications\*\* \* High School Diploma or equivalent. \* Proven experience operating a variety of heavy civil and mechanical equipment. \* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required. \* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings. \* Strong understanding of excavation, grading, and general construction practices. \* Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions. \* Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. \* Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required. \* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**Company Overview:**Primoris Renewable Energy, a business within Primoris Services Corporation’s Energy segment, is a leading power generation engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) provider specializing in utility and commercial scale solar power, energy storage, solar repower, and operations and maintenance.
