Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year, plus bonus
For over 50 years, this growing local favorite has been serving up slow-cooked, hickory-smoked BBQ using family recipes passed down through generations. What started as a single neighborhood restaurant has grown into a beloved regional brand with 20 locations, built on a simple formula: honest food, genuine hospitality, and a team that treats guests like family. Reviews consistently point to the same thing friendly, welcoming staff, consistently great food, and a culture where team members feel proud of what they serve. It's the kind of place where leaders stay for years because the culture actually backs up what's on the menu.
We're now hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Lewisville, Texas location and carry that tradition forward.
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience required
- Proven track record of achieving strong financial results
- Trust, honesty, integrity, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
- A real desire to mentor, coach, and develop your team
- Energetic, hands-on leadership style suited to a fast-paced environment
- BBQ experience is a plus, but not required
Job Responsibilities
As Restaurant Manager in Lewisville, Texas, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver an authentic, high-quality guest experience
- Motivate and coach staff while upholding top-notch food quality standards
- Manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Prepare monthly reports for the corporate office
- Oversee financial procedures, including P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other transactions
- Lead by example, mentoring your team to consistently achieve performance goals
