Personal Lines Account Manager

Royalty Insurance Agency LLC Location: Lewisville, TX (Hybrid Potential) Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + Bonus & Commission

Royalty Insurance is seeking a service-driven, organized Personal Lines Account Manager to retain and grow our client base. We focus on providing "white-glove" service that removes the stress of insurance for our clients and their families.

In this role, you will manage an assigned book of business, ensuring clients have the best rates and coverage while identifying opportunities to round accounts and generate referrals. If you are a proactive professional who loves building relationships and helping people, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Client Retention: Maintain an 88%+ retention rate through proactive outreach and "white-glove" service.

Account Reviews: Conduct weekly reviews to identify coverage gaps, discounts, and rounding opportunities.

Policy Service: Efficiently handle endorsements, billing, certificates, and claims assistance.

New Business Support: Audit new files for accuracy and manage the onboarding process.

Growth: Educate clients on agency value, resulting in referrals and account rounding.

Branding: Support agency growth by suggesting blog topics, sharing social posts, and gathering client testimonials.

Teamwork: Collaborate with producers and managers to hit agency goals and maintain a positive culture.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain promptly).

Experience: Personal lines insurance experience (Auto, Home, Life) is strongly preferred.

Skills: Excellence in communication (written/verbal), active listening, and time management.

Mindset: Proactive, organized, and calm under pressure. You should be someone who "listens to learn" and maintains high standards for your work.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with agency management systems, carrier portals, and modern office technology.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 based on experience.

Incentives: Bonus and commission opportunities tied to retention and growth.
