Seeking Fitness Instructors and Trainers that will focus primarily on helping our members desiring to "LIVE a healthier lifestyle".How our Fitness Instructors will make our members experience exceptional...Essential ResponsibilitiesInstruct Group Fitness classes for all skill levels and be able to explain the exercises in a clear and efficient mannerTrain our members or explain how to perform various exercises/routines to minimize injuries and improve fitnessMonitor members progress and adapt programs as neededEnsure in making meaningful connections with our members and know how to motivate them to perform the highest standard of fitness activity.Asses members and their guests' physical condition and create unique workout routines for themDemonstrate a positive and encouraging attitude towards all students and be kind and patient with themMake students feel comfortable before, during and after classesEnsuring members are using correct form at all timesSetting up and cleaning of studio or gymInstruct clients using proper form and use training equipment safely to avoid injuriesQUALIFICATIONS:First Aid and CPR certifiedCurrent certification from A.C.E., A.C.S.M. or similar accredited college program.A degree in Kinesiology or Sports Science is preferredIf these expectations of the job resonate with you and you LOVE working outdoors, we would like to meet you!Cover letters and resumes are great!
