Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Cardiology Portfolio supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive leadership, and technical expertise.

Location: Remote

Duration: 5 months Contract

What's the Job?

• Lead cross-functional teams in complex engineering projects across multiple product lines.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks, escalate issues, and communicate status effectively to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with team members to define, monitor, and manage project deliverables.
• Provide regular reports on project progress and team performance to leadership.

What's Needed?

• B.S. degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• 2-5 years of experience in matrix management and leading small teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication skills and ability to evaluate and adapt engineering techniques independently.
• Technical background with knowledge of engineering principles and familiarity with medical device regulations is preferred.
