Responsibilities NV5 is seeking a full-time Senior Traffic Engineer for the Cary, NC location. The major objectives or outcomes of position include: Manage and work on projects in the Traffic Services Group including traffic studies, due diligence analysis, signal warrant studies, bike/ped plans, corridor studies, parking plans, traffic signal design, signal timing, ITS, safety studies, traffic control plans, striping plans, and concept designs.Most frequent and essential work activities:Interact with clients from project startup to completion.Complete and/or oversee projects on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.Prepare proposals and contracts.Meet with existing and potential clients and maintain positive client relationships.Represent NV5 at professional functions.
