Insurance Commercial Customer Service Representative

Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial Customer Service Representative with strong marketing experience and a passion for client service. This is an In-Office position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracy
  
  
• Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
  
  
• Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively
  
  
• Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support
  
  
• Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts
  
  
• Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment
  
  

Requirements:

• Active Texas P&C Insurance License
  
  
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
  
  
• Experience in commercial accounts
  
  
• Proficiency in EPIC or AMS360 systems
  
  
• Strong Full Servicing Skills- Proposals, COI's, Endorsements, WC, etc
  
  
• Ability to manage time effectively and independently
