About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership, responsible for developing and executing the financial strategy in alignment with the organization's goals. This role requires a strategic partner who can provide data-driven insights, and clear financial analysis, and lead the financial operations of the company. The CFO will also be a cultural steward, championing the company's core values and ensuring a culture of transparency, ethical governance, and shared ownership of results. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of executive financial leadership experience, with a proven track record as a CFO or equivalent C-suite financial executive. A strong background in financial governance, corporate law, and compliance is essential, with a preference for those with experience in luxury hospitality, private club, golf, winery, or HOA operations. The successful candidate will be a confident, strategic partner with strong executive presence, and exceptional presentation skills, and a collaborative, people-focused leadership style. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is required, with an MBA, CPA, or other advanced financial credential strongly preferred. The CFO must be a hands-on expert in budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to mentor others, and have a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the highest standards of integrity and fiduciary responsibility.
