Shriners Children’s is seeking a Patient Access Representative to ensure timely scheduling and serve as the first point of contact for patients and families. You will provide excellent customer service, relay issues to management, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires a High School Diploma, 3+ years in patient services, and bilingual Spanish/English.
