Employment Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Evenings 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Weekends Required

All Points North (APN) is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will create and maintain welcoming, clean, and safe environments for our clients and staff across guest rooms, common spaces, and rental properties. Your work directly contributes to the exceptional experience our guests receive and supports the seamless operations of our facility.

• Prepare and clean guest rooms, apartments, and rental homes to APN's high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all common spaces, recording completion on provided sheets to ensure safety and compliance
• Organize and coordinate with the hospitality team regarding client arrivals and departures to ensure rooms are guest-ready
• Assist with housekeeping inventory management, ordering, and organization of supplies and equipment
• Communicate professionally with department heads and team members regarding guest needs and facility maintenance
• Respond promptly to client requests and address any concerns with professionalism and care
• Identify and report maintenance issues or problems that arise, communicating with appropriate team members to create solutions
• Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to improve departmental efficiency and guest experience
• Follow all established procedures, safety protocols, and APN standards consistently
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and APN operations

• 2+ years of housekeeping experience in a hospitality, residential, or facility management setting
• Ability to communicate respectfully and work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions, policies, safety procedures, and established workflows
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work the required evening and weekend schedule
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Experience working in behavioral health, healthcare, or hospitality settings
• Familiarity with industry best practices and local vendors
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products
• Knowledge of client admission and departure procedures
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
