Our center is equipped with modern therapeutic tools and technologies that enhance treatment effectiveness and patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patients' physical conditions and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as heat or electrotherapy, to promote healing.Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, the rehabilitation process, and preventative measures to maintain optimal health.Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care.Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards of practice.Demonstrate exemplary customer service by maintaining a supportive and positive patient interaction at all times, while addressing any concerns promptly.Patient Population / Client FocusYour patients will include athletes, weekend warriors, and those recovering from chronic conditions or surgical procedures. Your expertise will allow you to address a variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular injuries with tailored treatment strategies, ensuring a focus on both recovery and prevention of future injuries. You will foster a treatment environment that is not only healing but also inspires confidence and motivation in our patients.QualificationsA Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.Current physical therapy license in the state of Florida and CPR certification is mandatory at the time of hire.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple patients, prioritizing their individual care needs effectively.Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care, showing empathy towards patients' struggles and addressing their emotional needs.Preferred ExperienceWhile a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, our ideal candidate will have a background specifically in sports medicine and experience facilitating rehabilitation for sport-related injuries. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is also preferred as it enables efficient patient record management and streamlined communication with other healthcare providers.Compensation and BenefitsMove One Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
