As an Assistant General Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant. The Assistant Manager helps manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance across shifts and has full accountability for restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

What We Expect From You

We are seeking career-minded, motivated individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old, have a high school education and two years restaurant management experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and lead a team that works well together to support each other in a fast paced environment, demonstrate effective problem solving and multi-tasking skills, provide superior customer service and have a passion for being the best in the business. Reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a background check are also a must!
