About the Role:

Join WNC LAUNDRY LLC as a Professional Valet Driver for Laundry Delivery and be a crucial part of our commitment to exceptional service! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy driving and customer interaction, making every delivery a delightful experience.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport laundry to and from customer locations in a timely manner.

Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

Verify and document laundry pick-up and delivery details accurately.

Assist in loading and unloading laundry bags and equipment.

Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving.

Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in delivery driving or valet services preferred.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to lift heavy items and handle physical tasks.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with East Orange, NJ, and surrounding areas is a plus.

Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.

Basic knowledge of laundry services is a bonus.
