About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill. As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing emotional support. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will also have the opportunity to participate in resident care planning and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing emotional support Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care Assist with oversee resident transfers, discharges, and admissions Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care and a passion for enhancing the lives of others Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering high-quality care and services to our residents What We Offer 401(k), Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental, Health, Vision insurance & more!
