Positions are available for both in-person and virtual service delivery.

In this role, you will serve students across a middle school building (grades 5-8, caseload of 35) and several private school buildings (preschool-8th grade). You’ll work full time (37.5 hours weekly) from August 18 through June 7. Virtual SLPs can expect a caseload of approximately 40-45; in-person providers may have a caseload of 65-70 students. While AAC device usage is minimal in these settings, candidates with experience and interest in diverse service models are encouraged to apply. Bilingual candidates are welcome—positions may be adjusted to leverage your skills.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Indiana SLP license (or eligibility)
• Experience working in schools preferred
• Ability to manage varied caseloads across age groups
• Flexibility to provide virtual or in-person services
• Consideration given to SLPAs for in-person roles

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Support communication needs both proactively and responsively
