Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support students across several educational settings for the upcoming academic year! Multiple roles need to be filled for contract positions starting in mid-August and extending through early June. These roles support students in grades Pre-K through 8—one setting is a single, focused middle school building (grades 5-8, caseload of approx. 35 students), while additional roles cover several private school campuses with diverse caseloads across preschool to eighth grade. These positions can be offered virtually or in person, with average caseloads ranging from 40-45 (virtual) to 65-70 (in person) students for full-time roles.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students ranging from preschool through middle school
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, school teams, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt therapy approaches according to student caseload, learning environment, and technology available (minimal AAC device use expected)
• Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate therapy environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) is preferred
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Bilingual SLPs welcomed—while not required, adjustments can be made if bilingual services become available
• Experience with school-aged populations, including both virtual and on-campus delivery models
• SLPAs may be considered for in-person positions

This assignment is full time, averaging 37.5 hours per week, starting August 18 and concluding June 7.
