Director of Provider Quality & Performance

City of New York

City of New York’s Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is hiring an Administrative Director of Social Services at the 1005C level. The role oversees the APA unit, drives quality improvement, and coordinates with ACS/OCFS to enhance provider performance and child welfare services.

The salary range is publicly posted, and the incumbent will lead a team of monitors, manage performance evaluations, and report findings to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with civil service
