Position Details Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Live-In, Weekends Pay Rate: $19.65 - $21.00 per hour Schedules Available: Days, Nights, WeekendsBenefits Competitive weekly pay 401(k) Paid time off Flexible Schedule Medical/VisionResponsibilities/Duties: Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan Provide medication reminders Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home) Accompany clients to appointments or on walks Prepare meals Perform light housekeeping Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activitiesQualifications NY State HHA or PCA certification required Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients Strong communication skills English proficiency Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Physical, QuantiFERON or 2 PPDs within one year and MMR titers Always Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
