Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to create a balanced workspace conducive to both productivity and personal well-being. You will work primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a standard work schedule while enjoying the advantages of teletherapy. You'll utilize advanced telehealth platforms to conduct your sessions, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, using evidenced-based therapeutic methods.

• Collaborate with clients to establish individualized mental health goals that are tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention as needed, employing techniques from various therapeutic modalities to address immediate client challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant client records that reflect ongoing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance your therapeutic skills and ensure high-quality client services.

• Participate in staff meetings and collaborative case discussions, contributing actively to the overall improvement of clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population that includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be responsible for adapting your therapeutic approach to their specific needs and cultural contexts, ensuring that each individual feels understood and supported.

Qualifications\n

• Active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in therapy or mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
