We are currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers for several locations in the northern and western suburbs, who are compassionate and looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors. We are dedicated to helping our clients improve their emotional, cognitive, and daily functioning. We are an established growing geriatric-focused practice seeking compassionate LCSWs to provide psychotherapy and cognitive training in senior living communities throughout the Chicago suburbs. ✔ Competitive pay ✔ Flexible, self-directed schedule ✔ Meaningful work with older adults ✔ Supportive, Medicare-enrolled organization Key Responsibilities: * Conduct initial assessments based on psychological, emotional, and social well-being. * Develop treatment plans by addressing client concerns and setting goals to establish a course of action. * Conduct psychotherapy and cognitive training sessions weekly. * Provide ongoing communication with our team, clients, families, and healthcare professionals. * Maintain progress notes and other pertinent documentation.
