That's why we offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a positive work culture. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER | CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENTAs a Project Manager | Superintendent, you play an essential and lead role in all phases of the construction project from planning to completion. You will monitor the daily operations of the project closely with an emphasis on budgeting, timeline and health/safety compliance. You enjoy the variety inherent in your job and receive satisfaction from collaboration and completing projects efficiently and within budget, all while helping JL Construction to continue to build on their reputation in the field for quality work. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROJECT MANAGER | CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENTDegree in construction engineering management, civil engineering, or a related engineering field3+years of relevant experience in the field of excavation/horizontal constructionAbility to interpret bid documents, plans and all other related project/construction documentsKnowledge of local quality, safety and health for construction job sites (MA/ CT)Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn industry-specific software programs quicklyMust possess exceptional organizational and communication skillsWillingness to travel locally to various job sites/meetings as needed WORK SCHEDULEThis full-time salaried position typically works days, Monday - Friday. READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?We understand your time is valuable and that is why we have a very quick and easy application process.
