Sales Consultant

You will spend your day developing a completely net-new sales territory for one of Insight Global’ s top clients in the printer and office-technology space. This includes prospecting local businesses, making outbound calls, conducting in-person visits, and setting appointments with decision makers. You will run a full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions and closing deals—while receiving hands‑on coaching, field guidance, and structured mentorship throughout your ramp. As you gain traction, you'll begin managing and growing the accounts you win, building a long‑term book of business within your territory. Must Have: 2-3 years of sales or customer‑facing experience (any industry welcomed) Fresh graduates encouraged to apply Strong communication skills, charisma, and professional presence Highly coachable, competitive, and money‑motivated Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound activity (cold calling + in‑field prospecting) Can be close to the office location or territory chosen Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license (daily travel required; $500 stipend provided) Fully onsite — no remote or hybrid work Day to Day: Prospect in provided territory for new client growth Sell companies products and services through a consultative outside B2B sales approach Attend Monthly Sales Meetings at office Attend various company outings Write proposals and negotiate terms of contracts Manage clients and prospects within CRM Build long‑term relationships with clients Plusses : Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (a plus if lacking experience) Prior sales or customer service experience Strong computer and CRM skills Total comp structure: 50-55K + uncapped commission #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
