SHR Talent is partnering with a nationally recognized consumer products organization in its search for an Human Resources Generalist based in Nashville, TN. The Human Resources Generalist opportunity is ideal for an Human Resources professional who enjoys recruiting and relationship-building while also gaining broader exposure to human resources operations and employee support functions. The organization is seeking someone who can help drive recruiting efforts across corporate-level positions while growing into a more well-rounded Human Resources role over time. The ideal candidate will bring a strong personality, professionalism, and the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and leadership levels. The Human Resources Generalist position is fully onsite at corporate headquarters and offers long-term career growth within a highly visible Human Resources team. Responsibilities Lead recruiting efforts for corporate and professional-level openings Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategy, candidate flow, and interview coordination Conduct phone screens and help manage candidate experience throughout the interview process Assist with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives Support Human Resources functions related to FMLA, leave administration, payroll support, employee documentation and Human Resources operations Maintain recruiting systems, candidate pipelines, and reporting Help support various Human Resources projects and process improvements Collaborate closely with Human Resources leadership and internal stakeholders Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or Human Resources experience, preferred Prior corporate recruiting experience, highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work onsite in Nashville daily Highly organized with strong follow-through skills Professional presence and ability to build trust across teams Experience supporting Human Resources processes or employee relations, a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
