Position Highlights Shift Schedule: Full‑Time – 36 hrs weekly, 3 (12‑hr) shifts weekly. Weekend rotations. Night Shift: 7 pm – 7 am. Department: Inpatient Rehab. Sign‑On Bonus: $10 000 sign‑on bonus eligible for qualified candidates. Location: Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. What We Offer Generous PTO – Accrue up to 200 hours per year for vacations, sickness, holidays, and personal matters. Retirement – Employer‑paid contributions up to 7 % of salary. What You’ll Need Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred. Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire. How You’ll Impact Patient Care Patient/Family Centered Care – Utilize the nursing process to deliver compassionate care, placing patients and families at the center of every decision. Conduct thorough assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, plan interventions, and coordinate care to promote optimal health and wellbeing in accordance with the policies of WFBH. Patient Discharge & Referrals – Participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning and refer to hospital and community resources as needed. Effective Communication – Demonstrate excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among the healthcare team, facilitating information sharing throughout the continuum of care.
