Physical Therapist - PT - License Required

Job Summary We are hiring Physical Therapists to provide in-home care for former Nuclear Weapons Workers suffering from chronic and terminal illnesses. The role involves weekly visits lasting 1–2 hours, performing assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures, and ongoing evaluations while delivering individualized care in clients' homes. Responsibilities Conduct independent assessments, diagnostic tests, and skilled procedures. Perform weekly in‑home visits lasting 1–2 hours. Provide ongoing evaluations and progress documentation. Ensure personal safety and a safe environment for clients. Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures. Qualifications Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Current CPR certification and a valid TB test. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences. Benefits $65 per hour, including 100% of hourly wage paid for drive time. Shift differentials where applicable. Paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and matching 401(k).
