Civil Estimator / Project Manager - Site Utilities

We are looking for an experienced Civil Estimator / Project Manager who can succesfully manage projects from The Estimate through the succesful completion of the project. We are looking for somewone expereinced with Underground Site Utilties, Excavation and overall Civil Site Development. The Estimator is responsible for preparing proposals and securing contracts. This is accomplished by either meeting prospective clients on site determining their needs or by reviewing construction drawings and preparing an estimate based upon the scope of work and specification outlined in the drawings. You will communicate with the prospective client and secure contracts for The Company. Responsibilities Read and Interpret project plans and specifications to prepare bid estimete Calculate Project Costs and Prepare Esmaite Deliver Estimate to prospective clients and negotiate contracts Required Skills Very professional appearance and communication when dealing with clients. Elevated Attention to detail is a must Understand project costs and know how to stay under budget Negotiate material purchases Be able to effectively communicate the Client's expectations to the crew foreman Ability to Prepare detailed daily reports for management Applicants should have minimum 3 years of experience estimating construction specifically in Civil Site Utilities #J-18808-Ljbffr SANCHEZ PAVING COMPANY
