Role You’ll manage structural and miscellaneous steel projects from award through fabrication, coordination, delivery, and closeout, working closely with operations, detailing, estimating, field teams, GCs, and internal leadership. Profile It is a strong fit for someone who has direct steel fabrication project management experience and wants to join a stable, growing company where they can have a visible impact. Requirements Structural and/or miscellaneous steel project management experience. Fabrication‑side background preferred. Ability to manage projects from handoff through closeout. Strong communication with GCs, internal teams, vendors, and field crews. Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or multi‑residential work. Familiarity with Viewpoint Spectrum, Tekla PowerFab, Trimble systems, or similar platforms would be a plus. Someone hands‑on, reliable, and comfortable in a close‑knit family business environment.
