Housekeeping Manager We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Responsibilities Manage, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage. Inspect rooms and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support. Monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed. Maintain accurate supply and inventory levels. Coordinate daily housekeeping assignments and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Address guest or team concerns professionally and promptly. Maintain housekeeping procedures, standards, and checklists. Communicate effectively with management and other departments. Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or supervisory/management experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Highly organized with strong time-management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to manage schedules and prioritize multiple tasks. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Comfortable ordering supplies and managing inventory.
