Position Details Position: Environmental Worker Duration: 13 weeks Location: 4756 Ogletown Stanton Road, Newark, DE 19718 Schedule: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, 40 hrs/wk Pay Rate: $16/hour (W2) Primary Function Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize patient, office, and ancillary areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of carts, equipment, and supply areas Refill paper, soap, and other supplies as needed Handle and dispose of trash, soiled linens, and medical waste appropriately Follow infection control and safety protocols Respond promptly to assigned tasks and communications Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor Maintain a professional and service-oriented attitude Qualifications High School Diploma preferred Two years of customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Familiarity with smartphones/PDA devices for work assignments Additional Requirements Adherence to safety protocols, including use of protective equipment Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially regarding patient information EEO Statement TalentBurst is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mary Dickson
