Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting and hands-on experience across multiple modules, especially ITSM and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) - Demand Management. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
- Analysis on scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Develop and enhance SPM Demand Management capabilities
- Build workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Hands-on experience in ITSM modules
- Experience in SPM / Demand Management
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CIS-ITSM or CIS-SPM certification(not mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and lead development
