The brand now operates more than 75 locations across over 20 U.S. states, as well as in Taiwan and Canada. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Boston, MA. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards. The role leads and develops team members, supports hiring and onboarding, and ensures consistent execution of Pokeworks’ service and brand standards. The Restaurant Manager monitors restaurant performance, manages cash handling and basic financial reporting, and coordinates with leadership on promotions and local marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for cultivating a welcoming, efficient, and inclusive environment that delivers an excellent guest experience during every shift. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and maintain a positive guest experience. Experience in Hiring, training, and coaching team members in a fast-casual or restaurant environment. Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with guests, team members, and leadership. Hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality control, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, quick-service, or fast-casual dining. Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure, and make sound decisions during busy service periods. Basic understanding of restaurant financials (labor, food cost, and inventory management) is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
