Overview Project Manager / Associate Project Manager – Indianapolis, IN Commercial Real Estate Developer / Builder with a national footprint seeks experienced construction professionals to join the Indianapolis team. The organization operates as an integrated developer, design-builder, and construction partner delivering large-scale commercial projects across multiple markets. This role offers the opportunity to work on the ownership/developer side while remaining heavily involved in the full construction lifecycle, providing exposure to long-term project strategy and direct collaboration with development leadership. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Manage large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors; lead meetings as needed. Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships. Contribute to development-side coordination and project delivery decisions.
