Trustpoint.One is partnering with a premier law firm to identify a Senior Discovery Attorney for its Business Litigation practice. This opportunity is available in any of the firm's Ohio offices and is ideal for an attorney who thrives at the intersection of litigation strategy, technology, and eDiscovery. What You'll Do Manage and support all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) Conduct custodian interviews and lead ESI identification and data mapping efforts Coordinate defensible preservation and collection strategies with digital forensic vendors and client IT teams Oversee data processing, culling, and review workflows Manage linear and Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) projects within Relativity Supervise review teams and ensure quality control through production Negotiate and draft ESI protocols and production specifications Partner closely with litigation teams to develop effective discovery strategies What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience across all phases of the EDRM Strong expertise in ESI identification, preservation, collection, and review workflows Hands-on Relativity experience, including TAR and large-scale review management Experience leading discovery teams and overseeing quality control processes Ability to negotiate and draft ESI protocols and production specifications Active Ohio bar license in good standing Why This Opportunity?
