About the Job
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a financial services company based out of Olympia, WA to fill a Customer Service Representative position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, problem solving, and providing excellent customer service in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Making and receiving phone calls regarding current account and loan statuses with business clients
Providing outstanding customer service through compassionate communication and professional phone etiquette
Reviewing account history and analyzing client interactions
Problem solving with clients to help identify repayment solutions
Conducting research to better understand client accounts and situations
Managing multiple priorities throughout the workday
Maintaining accurate account notes and documentation

What You Bring:
At least 1 year of customer service experience
At least 1 year of recent office experience
Strong communication and phone skills
Professional and compassionate customer service approach
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Ability to pass a criminal background screen
