This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while maintaining a full schedule during weekdays. Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring you have dedicated time for client engagement, documentation, consultations, and personal growth. Using our secure telehealth systems, you will facilitate individual and group sessions, engage with multidisciplinary teams, and provide timely updates to care plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, specifically for elderly residents, to identify their unique psychological and emotional needs, facilitating accurate diagnoses and tailored interventions.

• Deliver both individual and group counseling sessions addressing age-related issues such as grief, depression, and anxiety, while providing a safe space for clients to express their feelings.

• Collaborate extensively with healthcare providers, family members, and other stakeholders to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving the mental and emotional well-being of geriatric clients.

• Educate staff members and family caregivers on supportive measures and coping strategies to enhance the quality of life and mental wellness for elderly individuals.

• Facilitate grief counseling and assist residents and families in navigating the emotionally challenging process of loss and end-of-life care.

• Create and implement cognitive stimulation activities and evidence-based mental health interventions to help maintain and improve cognitive function among seniors.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
