ICF is seeking a Housing Finance Consultant (on-call, part-time, remote) to support HUD programs and housing counseling initiatives for low- and moderate-income families. You will collaborate with housing counseling agencies (HCAs), HUD offices and industry partners to deliver expert technical assistance. Responsibilities include underwriting support, training sessions, webinars, and policy guidance while developing reports and identifying new opportunities.
