ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Suby - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:15AM - 5:15PM. Evenings & Weekends by appointment at your discretion. The most successful people in this role are flexible with their schedule. The more you sell, the more you make!

OUR AGENCY MISSION: At the Andrew Suby State Farm Agent office in Marshall, MN, our mission is to be a Good Neighbor by providing personalized Auto, Home, Business, Farm, Life, Renters Insurance, and more. We can also help customers save & plan for their future. Our dedicated team works closely with our customers, getting to know them and what is most important so we may better help protect what they love most.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
