Community Horizons ABA (CHABA) is hiring a BCBA or BCaBA to serve our East Region — covering families in and around Mooresville, Denver, and the surrounding Lake Norman-area communities. CHABA is based in Statesville, NC, and serves a wider region across a 50-mile radius, but this specific opening is dedicated to clinicians living in or near the Mooresville/Denver area, so you're not commuting deep into Charlotte for a caseload that's actually closer to home.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay:
  • BCBA: $65.00–$75.00/hour
  • BCaBA: $35.00–$55.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans
• Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide compassionate coaching, training, and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers across home and community settings
• Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current certification as a BCBA or BCaBA via the BACB (required)
• Active State License
• 1+ years of experience designing ABA programs and supervising RBTs preferred
• Dedicated to ethical, client-centered care and family empowerment
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain reliable transportation for local client visits in the Morganton/Marion area
