Compensation

• Base + Commission: $32,000–$42,000 base salary + 3–12% commission on new policies
• Performance Bonuses: Monthly tiers—up to $1,000/month for top performance
• Year 1 OTE: $45,000–$75,000 depending on your performance
• Compensation Range: $45,000.00–$75,000.00 per year

Licensing & Support

• Licensing support: We cover exam fees and study materials
• Bonus: $500 when you earn both licenses (Georgia Property & Casualty + Life & Health)

About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Representative , you’ll help customers understand their needs, build coverage plans that make sense, and grow long-term trust through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers through calls, referrals, and community connections
• Run quotes for auto, home, life, and health insurance
• Explain coverage options in plain, clear language
• Close new policies using a consultative, no-pressure approach
• Cross-sell and bundle products (auto + home + life)
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients using our agency CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly new-business and retention goals set by the agency
• Participate in community events, referral partnerships, and agency marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Georgia Property & Casualty license AND Life & Health license
  • OR a strong commitment to obtain both within 30 days of hire (we’ll support you)
• A track record of hitting goals—in sales, service, athletics, or any competitive environment
• Excellent communication skills—clear, warm, and professional in person and in writing
• Comfort with technology: CRM tools, quoting software, email, and calendar apps

Nice to Have

• Prior insurance or financial services sales experience
• Community ties in the Roswell or North Fulton area
