Transactional Real Estate Attorney

Our client is a well-established Seattle boutique law firm handling sophisticated real estate, business, and transactional matters. The firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join its lean, collegial team, with a long-term path toward partnership.

The Opportunity

- 7 to 15 years of transactional real estate experience

- 1,600 to 1,800 billable hours

- Hybrid schedule

- Direct client interaction and increasing ownership of matters

- Opportunity to work closely with a small, collaborative team

Responsibilities

- Handle acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing, joint ventures, and related matters

- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, development agreements, and other transactional documents

- Advise clients on transactions and business objectives

- Support partners while taking increasing ownership of client relationships and matters

- Assist with M&A, entity formation, and general corporate matters as needed

Qualifications

- 7 to 15 years of transactional real estate experience

- Strong commercial real estate experience with sophisticated transactions

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and client service skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Washington bar admission required
