CENTER MANAGER IN TRAINING

Job Location: VA - Falls Church-Barcroft Plaza - Falls Church, VA 22041 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 2 Year Degree Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Base+Commission/month Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Shift: Any - Monday through Sunday Position Summary The Center Manager In Training (CMIT) will be assigned to one or more Centers during the CMIT training period. The CMIT will learn all aspects of sales and operations for an Artemis Wax owned European Wax Center, including full center P&L responsibility. The role will focus on identifying, attracting, and developing talent to consistently deliver Key Performance Indicators while growing the business. The CMIT is expected to prepare for the Center Manager role within three to twelve months and must be fully trained and ready to assume the role full‑time when available. This is a salaried exempt role requiring full schedule availability and the ability to work the necessary days and hours to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities. Develop the GSA and Waxer Team to meet their full potential by coaching, mentoring, evaluating, and leading performance while modeling and holding the team accountable to Artemis Wax standards and protocols. Identify, recruit, and develop talent across all levels of the Center, partnering proactively with beauty schools and other venues. Train and role‑model the expected behaviors and processes advocated by European Wax Centers. Effectively communicate and set direction with Center Teams, monitoring performance and providing recognition and feedback. Manage and assist the team in ensuring a professional, clean, fully stocked, and organized Center that meets brand standards, including the lobby, public spaces, wax suites, and restrooms. Business Expectations and Rhythms Deliver and manage the Center’s performance across revenue and KPIs. Review and assess Center KPIs daily, coaching appropriate behaviors and planning accordingly. Create effective action plans with the team to improve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance. Deep mastery and coaching of sales and scripts. Manage all aspects of traffic, conversion, and staffing to deliver optimal center performance. Lead and organize operations, center payroll, ordering, and compliance. Work Environment Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments and communicate with customers while accepting constructive feedback from direct supervisors. Must be able to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions. Most work is performed indoors in a moderate and controlled temperature. Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day; standing, walking, and sitting are required, varying day to day. Must be able to exert well‑paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Job duties, tasks and schedule may change from time to time; full availability is required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with clients, employees, and above center leadership. Qualifications 1-2 years of related sales driver experience. Bachelor’s Degree or applicable related experience. Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
