Operations Manager (Wealth Management)

Compensation: $75,000 - $100K base salary + performance-based incentives About the Role Our client, a top producer in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance efficiency within a high-performing practice. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and brings a strong background in financial services operations. Key Responsibilities Optimize daily workflow, ensuring seamless scheduling of client meetings, internal briefings, and external engagements. Organize agendas, prepare documents, track action items, and ensure timely execution of next steps. Manage and streamline the client onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork, compliance, and account setup are completed efficiently. Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and enhance workflows to maximize productivity. Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Maintain client records, track key metrics, and leverage technology to enhance operational effectiveness. Ability to handle sensitive client and business information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or a related field preferred). 3+ years of experience in operations, practice management, or executive support within financial services, wealth management, or a similar high-performance environment. Strong background in calendar management, client service, and operational oversight. Experience in office/people management preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
