Production Worker - 1st Shift

General Production Worker This role involves the loading and unloading of trucks with materials using sit-down forklifts. You will be responsible for pulling orders and creating pallets, with the capability to lift up to 50lbs. The work environment is both GMP-compliant and refrigerated. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks using sit-down forklifts. Pull orders and create pallets. Lift materials weighing up to 50lbs. Essential Skills 2+ years of general production experience. Ability to lift 50lbs. Experience with picking, packing, loading, and unloading. Capability to work in a refrigerated environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications GMP experience is a plus. Work Environment Work hours are from 6am until finished, typically around 2:30pm, with occasional 10-hour days. The work environment is refrigerated, maintaining temperatures around 40 degrees, but you are allowed to wear personal protective equipment to stay warm. The workplace requires adherence to GMP standards, including wearing a hair net, beard net, steel-toe shoes, and safety glasses. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
