Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – Legal Transactions Team (NYC – Hybrid) Schedule: Hybrid A leading, well-established real estate investment firm with a global footprint is seeking a Paralegal to join its Legal Transactions team. This is a great opportunity to support sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across North America and Europe in a collaborative, in-house environment. Responsibilities Draft and distribute commercial real estate closing documents for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financings (North American and European transactions) under attorney supervision Prepare deal checklists and monitor status of deliverables Prepare signature page packets and coordinate delivery Assemble final executed documents for closings Maintain a digital database of closing files by tracking and filing new documents Manage procurement of lien releases following release of mortgage debt Prepare and deliver corporate documents Assist with word processing requests, including PDF conversion and redlines Notarize documents (including apostille) as needed Handle various administrative tasks, including mailing and reconciling invoices Requirements 2+ years of experience drafting commercial real estate closing documents or other transactional documents Recent experience at a large Am Law / Big Law firm required Strong tenure — a stable work history with solid tenure at prior firms Experience preparing and delivering corporate documents (formation documents, operating agreements, written consents, etc.) Ability to read and understand corporate documents Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail; problem solver and trouble‑shooter Self‑motivated and able to work independently and manage time efficiently NY Notary Public certification preferred, or willingness to obtain Unquestioned integrity To apply, please submit your resume along with your desired salary and the reason for your job search to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
