Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid Ohio SLP license (or eligibility to acquire)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfort with IEP documentation and goal-setting for diverse populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to the IEP process
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and staff to support students’ educational needs
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services, tailoring your approach to best serve each child
• Participate in meetings and trainings as requested by the district
