Assist Pastor and/or Operations Director/Business Manager with stewardship of the financial resources of the Parish in accordance with Archdiocesan policies and guidelines.ResponsibilitiesReconciles bank accountsProcesses/posts accounts payable transactions and ensures that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in a timely mannerProcesses cash receipts, records/posts depositsPosts wire transfers, ACH and credit card transactionsGathers Procurement Card Expense reports and receipts submitted by each cardholder monthlyPosts payroll journal entriesPrepares monthly financial reports (as requested)The Archdiocese of Chicago offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and benefit programs.
