Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to establish individualized treatment goals tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to empower clients toward recovery.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other treatment providers and placement agencies to create holistic supports for client care.
• Complete all required documentation, including session notes and treatment plans, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an active caseload while adhering to established ethical standards and clinical best practices.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and contribute to team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must hold a full license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, accompanied by at least two years of experience in mental health counseling or related disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively connect with clients and document clinical progress.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
