***$1,000 Sign-On Bonus***Anatole on MacArthur Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized Assistant Property Manager with previous experience in the Property Management industry.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning, implementing, and attending activities for residentsResponsible for providing professional service at all timeAct as a liaison between residents and property staffOrganize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively with speed and accuracyGreet all residents warmly and professionally while presenting the community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefitsMaintain high standards of personal appearance and groomingInteract with residents and guests from varied backgrounds and walks of life; therefore, an amicable personality and unflappable disposition are a mustParticipate in outreach marketing activities regularly to obtain prospective residentsCompletes all lease paperwork and maintains resident filesCreate a comfortable atmosphere and stress-free environment for residents and their guests by delivering remarkable customer serviceDistribute and follow-up on renewal noticesFrequent need to see small detail and view computer screensExperience with Lease Up is preferred.3 years of property management experience2 years of apartment leasing experienceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Yardi, OneSite, Real Page, and Velocity rental systems.Exhibits honesty and integrity in business dealings and decision-making.Strong work ethic.Well-developed interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multi-taskStrong analytical, leadership and presentation skills.High School diploma or equivalent required.Able to read, write and speak fluent English.Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.NE Property Management provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
